Monday: The Overnighter (Lite Edition)

Happy Monday morning, y'all!! Yesterday was an interesting day inside the Big Brother 19 house, as most of the talk revolves around Jessica using or not using her halting hex. For the start of these talks, go to 11:12am BBT.

This is a great convo to watch on the live feeds , so if you get the time to do it, definitely do. The bottom line in this convo: Paul is trying to mist Jessica, Jessica's not allowing Paul to run her game, which is getting under Paul's skin that there's someone (other than Cody) that isn't playing the way he wants them to. Paul uses the 'it'll make the house happy' angle, as Jessica counters him with saying how she doesn't owe the house anything. Atta girl.

Paul wants Cody e-v-i-c-t-e-d. And now. He tells Jessica that nobody is gunning for her (although in reality, Paul is gunning for her if they get Cody out first), so Jessica (plays Paul?) by saying she wants Alex up & out next week and with 2 weeks of safety (this way she ends up in jury). He promises her safety for 2 weeks but isn't sure on Alex going out. (For the record, Paul would never evict Alex and I'm pretty sure Jessica knows that.) He would appease her by putting Alex on the block, but then it'd be bye bye Jessica for eviction night.

Jessica then went and talked to Cody, they agrued about her questioning his loyalty when that's all he has. They end up cuddling and kissing later on, so I'm not gonna dwell on this. Cody explained that it's hard for him to love, so when he does, it takes a long time to get over. He also kept saying about how he's loyal and hates being questioned on his loyalty when that's all he has. He also holds people to high standards of loyalty. he wonders if he's meant to be alone. Jess said that no matter if they work or not, she will always care for him and will never accept him thinking he's meant to be alone. (3:30pm BBT) By 5pm, Jess told Cody about Paul's plan.

Speaking of Cody, he's onto Kevin's way of gathering intel; talk, then ask for info. Talk some more, ask for more info. He figured this out when Kev talked to him (yesterday), so he didn't give him any info. (6:27pm BBT)

Kevin was told by Paul that he thinks he can convince Jess not to use the hex if she "feels threatened", so that's his angle with her.

In other news, Cody warned Mark that Elena putting distance between them (Mark/Elena) was probably Paul's doing. (*Bingo!) This was at 11:19pm BBT.

All you need to know for this Overnighter is this one line:
Jessica: "America gave me this hex, so I will use it."

**And that's it for The Overnighter! Today is the Veto Ceremony, where I expect veto winner, Paul, to take his boy Jason (3rd nom due to the Temp Comp) off the block, leaving Cody/Jess up there, but we'll see!! :D

Sunday: The Overnighter

Good morning and Happy Sunday, BB addicts!! :D If this is your first time on the blog in a few days, let me get you caught up really fast:

Paul is HOH, he nominated Cody/Jess even though Jess warned him that his HOH would be a waste if he did that, Cody/Jess then told Paul his HOH is now indeed a waste. Paul doesn't believe it and is "calling Jessica's bluff", but he's going to be sadly mistaken on Thursday when he sees his HOH was indeed a waste. Adding even more salt to his wound, is that Paul can't play in HOH on Thursday, so he'll be vulnerable if Cody/Jess win HOH.

So, how is Paul handling all of this? Well, he started off by saying he doubts Cody served in the military (though Cody has served this country proudly & did 2 tours-Thank you for your service, to Cody and to all that have served!), called Cody names like an "emotional p*ssy" and is planning on getting Cody to "break on Monday" for no reason other than because he wants him to. In addition, he's now pulling pranks on him (as I'll cover in the Overnighter today) and with the help of Jason.

Moving on...
Yesterday, the Veto Comp was played and Paul won the veto. As of last night, he plans on using the veto to take Jason off the block, leaving only Cody/Jess on the block. Sidenote: Since Jason was only the 3rd nom because of Temptation Comp, there is no replacement nom.

Let's dive right into the Overnighter!!

Paul is planning on threatening Jessica into not using the halting hex and making Cody "crack" on Monday.

Paul: "If it's a dud week, that means that nobody is (going to) jury.."
Xmas: "..and there's still a spot for 1 person (to not make jury) and go home.."
Paul: "..and it will be (Jessica). Because if (she) uses that hex.."
Xmas: "I have a feeling Cody will win HOH.."
Paul: "Based off of what track record? Besides him winning the 1st HOH."
Xmas: "We'll just take shifts (*she makes hand gestures of banging pans together*)"
Paul: "I will say 'I will make you miserable to the point where (Cody) cannot compete'".
Xmas: "Yesterday (with Josh banging pans), was an appetizer."
Paul: "Oh just wait until after the veto (ceremony on Monday), I'm gonna make him flip. I'm gonna push homies buttons. I'm gonna make him crack. So you (Jess) choose the cards, because I will make him crack. I'm a game player, and don't make me start playing."

Meanwhile, across the house...

Mark/Elena

Elena has broken up with Mark for the millionth time in the game. Elena said she "needs space" in the house from him (per Paul's suggestion). I'm not even gonna bother covering this. I'm exhausted with these two. lol

8:35pm BBT:

Paul/Mark

Mark thinks he's cracking.
Paul: "Wait until day 60..day 70, homie. It gets worse." (*#PaulsAvet)

Paul tells Mark to distance himself from Cody/Jessica (after he broke them apart by getting to Elena). He tells Mark to just lay low.

9:09pm BBT:
HOH Room
Paul/Kevin

Paul said that there's no way that the "Jody" showmance is gonna last. Kevin says that only 4.1% of showmances work out. (*lol Love his math.)

Paul, again, complains about how Cody said that Paul is "just a character on a TV show". (This comment has realllyyy gotten under his skin and he hasn't been able to let go of it.)

Paul: "He hasn't been in f*cking war. If (Cody) did all that gunfire and fought the Taliban yadyada, none of his platoon mates died? Not one casualty? And you're gonna still want war when "your brother gets shot in the f*ckin head" That's what war solves? Get the f*ck outta here."

9:27pm BBT:

Paul is complaining that Cody won't even look at him (ignores him) and how much that pisses him off, so he's gonna make him "crack" at the Veto Ceremony to provoke a reaction. He wants Cody to go off.

Paul: "When I pass him, he looks down. Because he's a f*cking p*ssy." (*I highly doubt Cody is scared of you, Paul.)

Paul confirms that he's taking Jason off the block with the veto and that he doesn't plan on taking Christmas far, just wants her to get to jury and then let her rest for the season. He says he can't depend on her to win stuff (due to her injury). He also thinks (wrongly) that if this week is a wasted HOH, then he should be able to play in the next HOH.

Raven enters to gather some of her stuff and then leaves a minute later.

Kevin: "That's a strange f*ckin' kid." (*lol)

10:13pm BBT:
Elena tried her luck at getting off of slop...

..but instead, got 2 weeks on slop. Eek!

11:37pm BBT:

Paul and Jason switched out the regular coffee for decaf coffee (and also put vaseline on the coffee pot handle) to mess with Cody in the morning (since Cody is always first up and has a cup of joe in the morning.) I think they might have hidden the coffee filters as well because this morning, Cody had to use paper towels for a filter.

**And that's it for The Overnighter! Paul is in denial that (1) his week was for nothing (2) that he can't play in the next HOH (3) that Cody and Jess are staying in the house despite his efforts. He's trying to provoke a reaction out of Cody, and so far has failed. A person can only take so much, and I can see Paul pushing "homies buttons" (as he said) until Cody snaps, and then will try to make Cody look like a loose cannon and Paul plans on doing this tomorrow during the Veto Ceremony. One thing is for sure; Paul is going to be pissed come Thursday when he learns his week as HOH was for nothing and he can't play in the HOH. He's going to really flip sh*t if Cody or Jess end up winning HOH in addition.

Today is Sunday, my day off, so I'm going to go enjoy my summer afternoon. Y'all enjoy the live feeds and don't forget about tonight's BB19 episode at 8pm ET/7pm! Have a great Sunday!! :D

Veto Comp Results

Good evening, ladies & gents!! Today the live feeds  were off for over 4 hrs as the Veto Comp was played.

When the feeds came back on, the winner was revealed to be...

**EDIT: there was confusion on who won Veto, but it is 100% Paul.

This doesn't mean much since Jessica is definitely going to be using the Halting Hex to save herself/Cody from eviction, thus making winning veto even pointless this week. Paul's HOH is essentially a waste and since he can't play in the next HOH (regardless if the halting hex is used or not), him winning HOH turned out to be a bad thing for his game.

Saturday: The Overnighter

Happy Weekend, everybody!! If you haven't yet heard about last night on the live feeds , then you're in for a fun treat this morning! They were ahhh-mazing last night!!!

First we had Paul VS Cody in the HOH room (finally), then we had Mark nearly attack Josh (who was provoking him by banging pans together in his face), then Josh got in trouble for that and for jumping on BB's living room furniture, Jessica/Cody had a falling out (and then made-up), Jessica blew up Raven/Matt's game to Elena by painting a target on them. Oh, and in the middle of all this, Jessica told Christmas about her hex and what it all entails (she told the truth), as Paul/Christmas tried to get Jessica to distance herself from Cody. Pheww!!

I think that about sums up last night in a nutshell.

Since there was soooo much to watch unfold last night, the Overnighter is going to be more of a guide for timestamps, rather than in-depth coverage (I'd be here for the whole day trying to cover everything lol).

Let's get to it!!

Jessica/Cody/Paul

Paul said he believes Jessica has a power and he had "2 noms ready" (that weren't them) and "9 people" wanted them two up. Jessica said his HOH this week is now a waste because of her Temptation power (Halting Hex). Jessica wanted to fight this battle with Paul on her own, but Cody interjected and fought with Paul for treating the houseguests "like dogs" and he's sick of hearing how he's a vet and that he's played this game before, and knows more than anybody.

Jessica: "You should have not have done that." (re: nom'ing them)
Paul: "9 people..the whole house.."
Cody: "And you do what 9 people tell you to do??!"

Jessica: "Paul, your HOH means nothing."

Cody & Paul start getting into it. Jessica tells them to stop and continues to talk to Paul, which doesn't get anywhere because Cody/Paul are still going at it. Jessica remains Paul that the power she has, has never been used in the game before.

Paul tells Jessica to lower her voice, Cody tells him he can't tell Jessica to lower her voice. Paul kicks them out of the room..

Paul: "Leave this room."
Cody: "F*ck you, Paul."
Paul: "Leave this room."
Cody: "What are you gonna do about it?!"
Paul: "Nothing. Leave this room. I'm an adult."

Cody leaves, as Paul calls him a "kid".

It takes off from there. Paul then calls Cody an "emotional p*ssy" and then chases after Cody as he left the HOH room. Paul yells to Cody that he (C) gets in peoples faces and then walks away (*Huh!??) and tells him to continue to keep walking down the stairs.

Cody: "You're a f*ckin' showman, right? You're just a f*ckin' character on a show."

That remark of being a character on a show, left Paul shook all night as he went and retold the story over and over again.

7:29pm BBT:

Paul/Jessica

Jessica said that Cody shouldn't have taken it personal, been a hot-head and she didn't want him to be "the villian" on the show.

Cody: "How am I the villian?"
Jessica: "I don't wanna f*cking go through this again, God damnitt!"

Jessica: "Am I gonna have to deal with this in the real world, too? You being a hot-head and getting into fights with everyone? Over what..literally, over what?"

Jessica says she needs to be alone and leaves the bedroom, as Cody tells her she can stay in there and he'll leave. As Jessica walks out, she stops in the living room...

 ...and is listening to Josh go off on Mark because Mark was defending Cody (that happened as Jess/Cody were talking).

Josh starts calling Mark a "follower" and  how he "needs to hide behind a man to protect him", telling Mark he's "a joke", etc.

Mark: "Josh, you're talkin' sh*t and he's three rooms away." (*exactly.)

As Josh/Mark continue to fight, Jessica is laying in the bathroom sad by her "breakup" with Cody. Paul sees the opportunity to talk to Jessica, as Josh is in the background banging pans....

..and then the feeds cut.

And if you're wondering what Evel Dick's take on all this is, since he was the 1st BB houseguest to do the pans banging (BB8), here's your answer:

 For those of you wondering why Mark wasn't ejected from the game, it's because he never laid a finger on Josh. If y'all remember back in BB11, Jordan's chest-bump with Russell had more contact and she wasn't ejected either.

8:36pm BBT:
Alex, who says she "loves chaos", is dancing around with Paul as they wear tutu's, and Josh is again banging pans and screaming to Cody in another room (where he can't hear him) and he's going home.

Josh: "MEATBALLS! YOU'RE GOIN' HOOOOME!" (*No they're noooooot. lol)

8:57pm BBT:

Paul/Elena

Paul says that if Jess really does have the hex, why are they freaking out then.
Paul: "Cody's an emotional p*ssy. Checkmate." (*He's gonna be pissed on Thursday. lol)

9:00pm BBT:
Josh said production told him to stop provoking houseguests and stop banging the pans.

9:30pm BBT:
Rose Bedroom
Jessica/Christmas

Jessica tells Christmas about the hex..it stops the eviction from taking place, making the HOH's week a waste, and then HOH cannot play next week. Christmas tries to get Jessica to see that her game would be better without Cody.

Christmas: "There's lots of ways you can play this."
Jessica: "I honestly didn't think Paul was gonna nominate us."
Christmas: "If you felt safe, would you keep (the noms the same)?"
Jessica: "I dunno. Cody's the only one in this game that I can count on to not come after me, regardless of how he's feeling. I shouldn't have to work for anyones trust anymore. And I'm not doing it anymore."
Christmas: "Keeping Cody by your side, ensures nobody trust you..."
Jessica: "I don't trust anybody!"

Christmas says she doesn't either. She tells Jessica that she's not at the top of anyone's target list, nor the bottom of it.

9:44pm BBT:
Paul tells Mark to "start playing for the right side".

9:48pm BBT:

Elena/Cody

Elena is telling Cody about Mark vs Josh earlier. Cody's laughing. Elena said she can't believe she quit her job for this. (*lol) Cody said he'll tell Jess to not use the hex, somehow get her off the block and get him voted out. Elena tells him Jess would never do that.

Elena: "She's crazy about you. She won't do it. I promise."
Cody: "She asked me if I'm a hot-head in real life, and I was like sh*t..I kinda am."

10:14pm BBT:
Rose Bedroom
Elena/Jessica

Jess tells Elean about the hex and how she told Paul and still he nom'ed them both. Elena tells her what Cody said, about not wanting to be there anymore and that he's bad for her game. Jessica then talks about how Matt/Raven do jack-sh*t in the house and how they're not targeted. They both agree they love Matt (on a personal level) but they both don't like Raven. Jess comments about how Raven has different accents and is fake. She's tired of them doing nothing in the game and not being on anyone's radar.

10:44pm BBT:
Have Nots Room
Jessica/Cody

Jessica said she doesn't need to date a hot-head, she needs someone to balance her out: to calm her down when she's being a hot-head, and vice versa. She appreciates him defending her to Paul, but it was "too much". Jessica wants them to be a team.

Cody: "I don't think I can balance you out, the way you need someone to balance you out."
Jessica: "You don't want to? Or you can't?"
Cody: "I can't."

Fast-forward to...

11:34pm BBT:
Have Nots Room
Cody/Jessica

Cody is telling her that how he was in the HOH room with Paul, is how he is. He won't change it. He doesn't want to change it. That's him.

Cody: "There's nothing I can do about it."
Cody said he doesn't have many friends and he's still single, and doesn't talk to family much.

Cody: "It's the life I live. I know it's not a good one, but.."
Jessica hugs him right away.

Cody: "And you telling me not to be myself, doesn't make me happy either."
He said he's not social like she is.

Jessica: "Does that make you happy, being dissociated?"
Cody: "Yes. It does."
Jessica: "Disassociated from me?"
Cody: "No."

Cody said he cant' meet her standards and make her happy. He goes on to say that he does walk away every time because he doesn't want his daughter to see him like that.

By 11:45pm BBT:
Cody: "I can't change who I am. This is who I am."

Jessica says f*ck it...win another comp (veto), plow through the game together.
Jessica: "That's what I want."
Cody: "Same."

Cody asks Jessica if he can go back to not talking/being social.

Cody: "Because that worked the first half of the game..just winning comps.." (*lol)
Jessica: "I just can't not use the hex on you...I can't." (*meaning, she will use it this week for sure.)

They go into the Rose Bedroom to cuddle.

 They kissed and eventually fell asleep. All is well with "Jody" again.

12:41am BBT:

BB: "This is a BB Storm Watch!" (veto comp related)
All HG's: "What?!"
Paul: "This is the best f*cking comp, ever!"

The HG's gather in the living room. Feeds cut.
Paul thinks there's no way this week is going to be voided out by the halting hex. (*Ummm..)

The HG's stayed up and studied for todays Veto Comp. (Players have not been picked, so everyone has to study for now.)

At 1:24am BBT, Jessica tells Cody how 'the whole house' wants him (Cody) gone.

**And that's it for The Overnighter!! Geez, that was a long one! I started this at breakfast time and it's lunch time now. lol Today is the Veto Comp, so we'll see players get picked and then the feeds will be down for a few hours as the Veto Comp is played. I'll be back with the veto comp winner spoiler later on. Temptation Comp & Nominations (Spoilers)

The live feeds went off around 11:50am BBT and came back on at 3:52pm BBT from the Temptation Comp being played. And without further ado...

Winner of the Temptation Comp is:
MARK

 Paul is congratulating Mark.

Jason came in last place and he will be the 3rd nom this week.

Well, with Cody/Jess being safe this week with the Halting Hex (if need be), and now Mark is safe this week and can't be nominated, it looks like Elena might be some trouble and she knows it..she told Jessica she's probably going home this week. Or is she?!

Paul told Alex this afternoon that he wants to put "Matt in check" because Matt keeps saying he 'just wants to make it to jury' and how he's been "playing soft" in the game. So, who will Paul put on the block? We'll have to wait and see!!

Feeds are back!!

Now Paul is bad mouthing Cody, saying he doubts he was even in the military for 8 yrs. (*Wow. Low blow to someone who served your country.) 

Josh is yelling that Cody's personality "sucks". Paul is, again, replying his convo with Jess/Cody in the HOH room and how he told Cody to leave his room. He's failing to mention how he called Cody names as he was leaving the room, calling him an "emotional p*ssy".

Josh is now yelling at Mark, who told Josh to calm down. Mark told him to go tell Cody to his face, Josh said he will. (*I'd love to see that happen...outside the house. lol)

Mark: "Josh, you're talking sh*t and he's only 3 rooms away..it's comical, Josh."

Friday: The Overnighter

Happy TGI-Friday, y'all!! :D Yesterday, we saw Ramses leave the BB19 house and then Paul winning HOH this week. Immediately following the show, Paul talked to Cody/Jessica (and then Mark joined) and did damage control, saying that it wasn't anything personal against them (getting the votes to flip to getting Ramses out, instead of Jessica's target, Josh). He kept saying that he thinks Ramses has the $25k (as we know, it was Kevin that got that and Paul is aware of that, actually lol) It was a crock of sh*t that Paul was feeding them. So, now what can we expect from HOH Paul this week? Well, despite Jessica laying down this awesome nugget of info (that was slightly exaggerated lol) it seems that Paul wants to test Jessica's powers out and put them up on the block. Now, don't forget that we have a new twist (...I'm not sure why we have yet another twist, but okay..) called "Temptation Comp"..not to be easily confused with the Den of Temptation. No, no. This is totally different: it's a competition PRIOR to nominations for 3 weeks (this week + 2 more weeks). The winner = gets safety from the block that week. The last place loser = gets automatically nominated as that weeks 3rd nominee. So this could throw a wrench in the plans for Paul.

I can see either Mark or Elena going home this week for sure, while Cody/Jessica will be safe no matter what. If Jessica/Cody are nominated and the Halting Hex is used (which would cancel the eviction), then Paul's HOH will be a total waste of time, and he'll be left vulnerable next week (as Jessica/Cody/Mark and/or Elena will be playing in the HOH). Either way, we're in for some interesting things headed our way!

Paul: "I'm gonna put Jess and Cody up to see, because I think she's bluffing.."

Alex says there's no way that Jessica has a 3 week temptation.
Alex: "..maybe 1 week."

Sidenote: Jessica can use the Halting Hex one time only, and she has this week and next week only to use it. So, Alex is correct.

8:39pm BBT:

Cody/Jessica/Mark

Cody solidifies that it's them 4 (Cody/Jess/Mark/Elena) together in the game. Jess hopes that Paul will go after Josh because nobody wants Josh in the jury house and just be done with this week. (*Not gonna happen.)

12:01am BBT:
HOH Room
Paul/Matt/Raven

Paul brings up the idea of "stripping Elena away from Mark" (..which he's been planting seeds with Elena to get rid of Mark because he's hurting her game). He toys with the idea of getting Elena to go up as a pawn, get Mark out. Paul brings up how he told Elena to separate herself from Mark, and implies that this might be a good move/good timing to do it.

Matt: "You're in a powerful position.."
Paul: "And I'm not gonna make a p*ssy move."

They go over more options. Paul, for the millionth time last night, says there's no way that Jessica has 3 weeks of safety and there's no way that her Temptation was better than his.

12:43am BBT:

Paul/Elena

Paul warns her that she could be a pawn this week but he's not sure what he's doing just yet. (This would be Paul's backup plan, to put Mark/Elena up with Mark being the target and then snag up Elena for his side).

Alone in his HOH room, Paul did a friendship chat with feedsters to catch us up to speed on where his mind is. He goes over from Day 1 and how he's been planting seeds, how he "flawlessly" got out Cody, and how he's putting Jessica/Cody up during nominations today (Friday).

**And that's it for The Overnighter! So today, the HG's will have their first Temptation Comp, and then Paul will have to do nominations. Since this is the 1st time for the Temp Comp, we'll have to see how it all plays out. Gotta love new twists!

Thursday Live Eviction

It's time for Biiig Brotherrrr!! :D Tonight, we will see Ramses get evicted, and then the HG's (minus current HOH, Jessica) will battle it out for the title of HOH. I'm expecting tonights comp to be a mental comp, which I'd place both Josh and Cody as contenders in that type of comp. Who are you guys & gals hoping wins HOH tonight? Let me know in the comment section!

In other news..
I always get asked "Where can I stream the live show online?"..and the answer is, with your live feeds pass!! Paul is doing damage control, saying that he thinks Ramses had the $25k and it wasn't anything against them.

HOUSE CONSEQUENCE:
It's called "Temptation Comp", houseguests can choose to battle it out or not. If they do and win, they are safe for the week. If they come in last, they are automatically that weeks 3rd nom. This will last for 3 weeks.
